Hello! This item is a brand new roll of CRICUT brand Premium Vinyl in the style "Holographic Rose Bubbles," color "Silver / Whispering Blue," and finish "Glossy." Measures 12" x 48." This particular pattern of permanent vinyl is hard to find because it is no longer being made. I really hate to have to put this disclaimer in, but after 15 years of problem-free selling, I am recently having too many costly issues with non-paying bidders or bidders who do not agree with Ebay’s terms and conditions of bidding. SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS ARE STATED UPFRONT. They take into account actual shipping costs, handling costs, and Ebay and PayPal fees on shipping and handling.
